In the past two years i worked so hard that i only got lower back pain as a reward and my boss did not even think of promoting me for my efforts. Any way i like how women have broken the glass ceiling and promoted in their career to a botter positions since they are juggling between work and home tasks.

I install men that identify as Arab nationalists (Muslim) into management positions at work. I have them hang up Islamic text around the office. Now HR can't touch them. Then I have them implement policies such as:-
No tight or revealing clothes.
No make up.
A zero tolerance policy on sexuality harrassment, this includes any type of flirting or lude behaviour.
No going out for drinks between male and female colleagues.
No men to help women with their work.
Also time keeping is strictly enforced. At work on time, short breaks and leave on time.
Make examples (sack them) of the men that try to help or do female work for them.
NO SOCIAL MEDIA AT WORK.
Install monitors on the computers (without telling anyone) and pull them up for using socials at work.
In a very short amount of time it becomes very clear to everyone just how much attention, lack of responsibility, no sense of accountability, lack of competency the female employees have/need and the sheer amount of extra help they require. Accompanied with zero self awareness. They can't keep up with the workload and feel it's unfair to be expected to keep up and do as much as the men. They want to leave early and not do the overtime their male counterparts do and complain about to difference in wages. Of course they scream blue murder but with the manager being (identifing) as a Muslim HR hands are tied and they know it.

I guess women are good on multitasking, because they are doing juggling all the time in their jobs and houses. Unfortunately sometimes they are not rewarded properly.

Is it possible for you to make 6 minute English a video where we can see people talking instead of just simply listen to an audio? Please, don't get me wrong but Youtube is not a podcast but a video channel. I've been following you for a while and think that you should make real videos wher Youtube followers can see on the other side of the screen who is talking. When we see who is talking we tend to get more engaged on the video. This time I'll give this video a dislike. I apologize for expressing this type of comment over here. Thank you.

I believe women would be better bosses. Men are harsher, so most of the time they do not care about you. On the other hand, women have more sympathy and make you feel appreciated. I guess that's one way to increase the productivity of a company.
