Firstly Afghan people are Muslims and the majority have beards. Secondly why should we abide by extreme western rules and regulations that steal the wealth of the world, thirdly if the western governments deeply concerned about the Afghan people why would they freeze the Afghan money!? They are not punishing Taliban but the people who are definitely food insecure according to INGOs.
