Guys one thing that I think he forgot to mention that there’s a rule related to putting commas in these sort of sentences which says that when the dependent clause comes first we put a comma before the second part of the sentence but not vice versa. Now you must say that now what the hell this dependent clause is, just keep in mind if it’s starting with a conjunction it’s a dependent clause and we must put a comma after it. For example, Despite the awful food, the dinner party was a success. But it wouldn’t be right if we would write for instance, The dinner party was a success,despite the awful food. We don’t need comma here because the first part is independent means it makes sense on its own so, it would go like, The dinner party was a success despite the awful food.
